Decisions

Some of you maybe aware that I have been a personal computer user for over 30 years. Having started out as a programmer in the late 70′s, I note with great interest in a return to real programming. Apple has realised the security issues that script programming has caused in the past on various platforms. So starting now Apple has decided that C/C++ and Objective C are to be the only programming language now to be used for apps on the iPhone and related platforms. Hurray, at last the script kiddys will have to learn PROGRAMMING and PROGRAM Design.

Thoughts
Another day has almost finished , I got to thinking recently about the focus of my blogging. Most posts are tagged as “thoughts and feelings” when the title is Decisions. So soon, I will launch yet another blog, Thoughts. This new blog is for all my thoughts and feelings, whereas decisions will remain my commenting about my and others decisions affecting my life, world and everything surrounding.

Memoirs
I have also started to write down some of my memories of myself and family, especially those that have passed away. My Memoirs will be the site these will be published on (when ready for publishing).

I have another dozen or so great Blogging names that will eventually be made into a blogging network. I will even be opening up to selected authors the sites for them to feature their own content.

Firstly an apology to my regular readers for the lack of recent postings. I have been busy wth my minisite empire and a shift to a new location in the country.

The fields of Sunflowers at my new location are a change from the bugs of moreton bay. We picked the wettest period in a hundred years to move and had to do it in stages between downpours. On the last day, I fell over the lawn mower and severely injured myself. Bruising thankfully was all I sustained narrowly missing breaking my clavicle and sternum.

The Southern Moreton Bay Islands or SMBI is now behind us, Hurray. We don’t know what we were thinking when we moved there last year. Populated with Several Million Biting Insects and Small Minded Bloody Idiots. SMBI is a much used acronym on the islands, now I will be using a few of my own.

My minisites are getting some well deserved recognition in Australia at last.
Most search engines are now listing minisite.com.au on page 1 with several listing it at Page 1.

The next step is to get the automated park page alternative script to fruition. This and the other similiar projects/ideas will ensure ongoing success for DJUQA pty ltd.

The Radio Communication division has kicked of with a first sale of a Handheld radio. Woohoo.

Another New year has arrived.
Decisions made in 2009 and before can now be hopefully realised.

Business News
DJUQA P/L will expand into new and exciting areas.
Several new SITES will be created and put online.
Dogablog.com.au is now a separate site again.

Personal Front
At last my new SHED will be erected, much to my wifes delight.
Much more content on my blogs & ham sites.

On the NEWS front
The issue of immigration and population growth has arisen again.
Australia can support and SHOULD have a population in excess of 50 million.
Many countries around the world have much greater population without the benefit of the available area, resources and infrastructure.

Another Indian man has been attacked and has been fatally wounded. The young hooligans that did this are complete and utter fools. Rascism is a mindless action, perpetrated by those among us with single digit IQ’s
We are all immigrants or their descendants in Australia.

Yes even the Aboriginals migrated here 40,000 years ago. IF anyone does not like the presence of any ethnic group or cultural activity, they can always leave.

The need for CTP car insurance is not an expense but an actual saving. CTP insurance is one of those items that can’t be avoided. However the amount charged should be regarded as a saving, as without it the expensive natural of modern motoring and liability suits would make motoring that risky as to be non-viable. Shopping around to get the best deal is very important. The amount saved with a little Internet based research can be quite significant.
Another area of insurance that is important and is not compulsory, but should be considered as such is Contents insurance. Theft of household items has become such a problem in some states, that content insurance can no longer be considered a luxury. Easily re-sold stolen items can now be insured for a very small annual premium. But as always is advisable to get the best deal, combining with your existing car or house insurance for a discount is an attractive option.
