Recently an American based friend of mine told me about his difficulties about getting any Credit cards. He has had problems in the past with his credit ratings due to being un-employed for a period of time during the Global financial Crisis. I explained to him that sometimes it is easier to get rid of a bad credit rating than some people think. There are several companies that offer assistance in this.
The best company I have heard of is RepairMyCreditNow.com. They have extensive experience in giving the RIGHT and Legal advice to assist people to obtain a better Credit rating. RMCN Credit Services even have a excellent YouTube video that explains what they can do for their clients. I stressed to my friend how important is was to use a reputable and trusted service like RMCN to repair his credit. A few days after telling Mike this information, he contacted me to tell me that it was very helpful the advice on the video and he was well on the way to getting a much better credit rating.

Recently I have been feeling a little frustrated and annoyed with many varied things that have occurred recently in this wonderful, but challenging world we live in.
Osama Bin-Laden, Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Global Warming, Wars, Nuclear Accidents and Idiot Politicians. These are the MAJOR challenges being beamed to us nightly via the various media outlets.
The single most damaging and frightening of these challenges is the one that SHOULD be the easiest to eliminate from our difficult life.
IDIOT POLITICIANS
Why is it that the human species can place advanced technology on a distant asteroid, but can’t elect people that have any basic intelligence.
Why do countries spend Billions on wars, but can’t decide to spend money for aged health-care
Why do we have Governments that worry about the effects on industry profits , but can’t spend any time to plan for our kids futures.
WHY!
I will tell you why.
Thousands of years of human civilisation and we still select, elect or allow IDIOTIC FOOLS to “Represent” us in the various forms of governments that control and influence our life.
So starting NOW, do what is needed to ensure the next selection, election or appointment for your Local / Regional / State / Federal / International Governing Body is not only worthy, BUT capable of holding the position.
Seeing SeaMonsters
Recently I watched a TV show about all the old Prehistoric Marine creatures.
Got me thinking maybe the basis for a Lot of sea Monster myths. So I researched the internet and found SeaMonsters.info.

I don’t understand how reviewing the list of partner sites affects paying out income already earned.
If that site has been previously approved, but now doesn’t met your criteria, fair enough to remove it. In the past some of your approval techniques had me confused totally. I have in the past had non-existent sites accepted that were submitted in error (I have often various forms of same name) and were not even resolving.
However how does that affect all the income earned to date. After all you approved all of the links on the sites that earned the payouts.
Do not pander to the wishes of the few and upset the majority of your users. You know the ones like myself that still support and promote you despite only having one little $2.50 link payment per month. I submit my sites and you reject them already for stupid reasons.
1/ Too little content. Too often this happens. I have 100′s sites with large amounts of traffic that I will never submit that would incur this error. CMS packages tend not to have multipage structure. I even got this message on a site with 80K of articles.
2/ Our advertisers don’t want foreign Publishers. This has been on multiple sites with a majority of US traffic.
You assume that .com.au / .net.au sites from me an Australian based publisher only gets traffic from Aussies. I first went with Linkworth to monetize the large amount of NON Aussie traffic I get.
3/PR not good enough , this tends to be for Linkposts but has also occurred for sites.
Google themselves state that PR is worthless as a Traffic potential Metric. But still you persist in using it a a rejection criteria. My highest earning sites get a little traffic daily and have pr0 but a conversion factor of 50% or greater because of the Highly focused nature of the traffic. Exactly the sort of motivated users that any linkworth advertisers would love to have click their ads.
4/ Do not lump all minisites together with the MFA/ Scraper brigade. I create Highly focused and use friendly minisites that are made for users not adsense. Exactly the reason I consider linkworth advertisers would like them.

Almost the end of January 2011 already, only seems like yesterday that it was New Year.
2011 has seen already various factors that will impact on the rest the year.
New Sites with a greater focus on content and relevance for Australian Web Users.
Including a new site with a HUGE focus on everyday living for the average Australian Family.
The potential for a new sideline, Heritage Seeds. I have registered a couple of seed names.

I am contemplating building some “retro” Valve (Tube) Based Amplifiers . I will not enter the debate about whether or not they sound better than Solid-State. I just like the look of a Glow in the Dark Amp.

Today I lost a great and wonderous Friend.
Rattus or Ratty was my Rat. Not a pet, just a great companion while I as working at my computer and doing stuff around home.
The last couple years he has never been too far from me.
I will miss You!
Karen, Myself and Zephyr gave him a nice burial under our peppercorn tree.
Karen made a lovely little floral decorated basket for him.
